Shipping

• We offer Free Ground Shipping for all orders within the United States.
• Shipping to Canada is $10
• Shipping internationally is $25 for all orders under $200
• Orders outside of the US take about 14 days.
• Email us if you’re in a hurry and we can try to help!

Expecting My Order

• We process and ship orders within 5 business days.
• If a style is sold out, it will ship in 2 weeks.
• We will send tracking when your jewels are on the way!

Repairs

• We stand by our products, and want you to enjoy them every day.
• All repairs are free within 6 months, when you cover all shipping costs.
• After 6 months we charge for repairs or give you a discount on your next purchase.
• Repairs can take up to 4 weeks.
• All repairs must be approved prior to sending back product.

Returns

• We hope you love your purchase, but if you've had a change of heart we will process a return for a store credit or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date.
• We do not pay for return shipping.
• All returns or exchanges must be approved prior to sending back, or you will not receive a store credit.
• All returned items are subject to a $5 restocking fee.
• All exchanged items are final sale.
• All items must be in unworn and in pristine condition for the return or exchange to be processed.
• We do not replace lost or stolen items.
• All items purchased with a discount code or that are in the sale section are final sale.
• All items shipped International are final sale.
• EACH items purchased from other retailers cannot be returned or exchanged with us.
